I want know more about this adam guy at the end he talks to the computer dude and samus said hes dead like is he dead or what?

He died and Samus named the computer Adam..." because the computer reminded her of Adam (I think). Close to the end of the game, Samus gets in an argument with the computer, and there she mistakenly calls him adam, after which the computer hints to being Adam's mind by using the phrase "Any objections, lady?". During the ending of the game, Samus mentions not knowing that the technology existed to put a person's mind on a computer.
Basically, that Adam's mind was put into her computer without her knowledge, and in the game she finds that out.

Adam will be in teh new game coming out this summer Metroid: Other M. It will be set between Super Metroid and Fusion.
