Its bad because of what it lacks

Through out the film there isn't much going on and it becomes very apparent of what happened. There's not much your waiting and watching to find out. They basically just walk around the whole time, doing just about nothing. The acting was good, of course Julianne Moore was just amazing. I think this would have been much better if there was more an investigation and something that surprises you, thats the only issue, it would go from 5 to a 7 or 8 if it did.
