Braindead, sort of, but Braindeads got more plot, better production/directing and it's also more deliberately funny.

"Wild Zero" & "Jesus Christ: Vampire Hunter" are your best bets for movies like this. "Bloodsucking Vampires in Pittsburgh" (a homage/rip-off to Blood Feast)is pretty low-budget quality. "Blood for Dracula" & "Flesh for Frankenstein" are both classics. just about anything by Hershel Gordon Lewis is a safe bet. "Blood Freak" is about a turkey monster that feeds on the blood of stoners. no, seriously.

Also, if you email the director of Die You Zombie Bastards, he said he had a few copies of the "Red's Breakfast Experience" left; it's basically a collection of short films & interviews with the cast & crew of D.Y.Z.B., as well as the short film that became the full length movie.

I second "Wild Zero" and "Braindead." Also, "Bad Taste" and "Skinned Deep." "The Story of Ricky" is a little different, but has the same sort of gore level.

Hard Rock Zombies.

Rock 'n' Roll Frankenstein, a pretty bad movie, has more redeeming qualities than 'Die You Zombie Bastards!'. Another one you should look into is Turkish Star Wars, a very comical stink-fest that uses stolen footage from 'Star Wars' to tell a completely different story. The hero has Indiana Jones' theme music!
