I saw the trailer, and thought it was a practical joke.

I saw the trailer and I thought it was cool.

The movie is worse than a joke, because it isnt funny. It hurts. Now I've never been raped, but I imagine its a similar experience to watching this film.

It was made back in the 90s apparently. Why it has a 2003 tag is unknown. It looks like a 90s indie CG film.
