Should they make a sequel?

I just read A Widow for One Year and I think they should make a second movie for the second half of the book. It's still a good story and actually could stand on its own as a movie as well.

There should be a sequel. I appreciated the way the film only told Ted and Marion's part of the novel, but Ruth's story is worth telling as well.

What did the book have in the second half that would warrant a sequel...It has been to long for the parents to appear I would think, so what would connect the two halves together?

The first part of the novel (in which the movie is based) has almost no real connection to the rest of the book to warrant a sequel. Unless, as stated, we want it to stand as its own movie.
