Like this movie or not, the flying footage was really well crafted.
The crashing aircraft part and the part where he's flying around the city averting disasters were things of beauty in that respect.

The air suction could've torn off Kate Bosworth's clothes, then her underroos, leaving her exposed to the audiences admiring gaze. That would've strengthened this scene exponentially
That's the directors cut, it's not as good as you would think as she shit herself.

I agree. He was great as Superman and those scenes were amazing. The overall story of the son and cringe Lex ruined it. Routh should have been the new Superman. Would have spared us the edgelord Snyder Superman. Superman is supposed to be positive and hopeful and something to aim for, not a "reflection of" whatever. Save the darker stuff for Batman and the like.
