I read an artical on the net earlier in the week stating that the Steamboy DVD is in HD Format and ready to be watched on High Def,im not quite sure if this is true because it would be stated with onsale spec.
sharei upscaled my dvd and it looks pretty good, it looked BAD in SD
share I have an which has a postcard and a second disc with more interviews of the filmmakers.
I played in my upscaling bluray player and it looked nice and clean, but I did have to increase the color and brightness and contrast. There are a lot of dark scenes with loads of detail you will miss otherwise.
I loved it and only paid 6 dollars for it at Big Lots!
