Ok. i'll admit that the first two were ok. But they went crazy after the third and fourth. I used to love pokemon. But it got stupid. and now they're gonna make a fifth Pokemon movie. I'm sorry but i think this is gonna be a stupid movie. Any one else have any other thoughts?

And as far as you "liking" the 2st two. You were probably about 8 at the time, right in their demographic. There will always be 8 year olds.
The first was alright, the second was actually a very good movie, IMO, although I have never seen the dubbed print so cannot comment on that.
The third was, arguably, pretty lousy and uneventful. The fourth was decent, cannot comment on the fifth or sixth (yes there is a sixth, coming out in Japan as Pocket Monsters 6 soon).
The films continue to do well in Japan, so why would they stop making them? Anyway if you don't like the films I think the best advice would be to simply avoid them, I doubt the newer ones will ever get as bad as the third was anyway.
In Japan, they're still verey popular, so they're gonna keep cranking out the movies until they are unprofitable. The logical extention is to bring them here too, even if they don't make very much.

You see, they only way to stop the movies from being made is to stop the games from being made, you see, after Nintendo make the Pokemon games, theres usually a TV series followed shortly behind it, then a while after it's dubbed into English, and while thats going on, the Japanese make the movies, and after that, it's dubbed into English for release.
So basically, Nintendo should stop making the games, what happened to all the good games they made!!
