Way above usual Filmfare Crap

Do you really think filmfare awards are a true picture of quality? I do not think so. I think National awards are much better judge as they are judged by experts, not the emtional public. This film is top though. Very few movies have touched reality so much. If you liked this one then Train to Pakistan, Machis and Tamas (Tv series) are a must see.

well no Filmfare is not a true reflection of quality. Urmila Matondkar deserved to win the best actress award that year. But this was not a Yash Chopra production unfortunately.

I think it's naive to think that Filmfare (or for that matter, any awards ceremony in India) award films for excellence achieved. They are all corrupt.
