Who played the butch lesbian in the parody film where either Sharon Stone or Susan Sarandon were pulling the barge?

At the end of the movie before the credits rolled Randi Lynne was credited in that part

I think it was Roseanne Barr in the boat and it was Elizabeth Perkins pulling the boat.

You were correct about Elizabeth Perkins. However, the lesbian only LOOKED like Roseanne(particularly that infamous baseball, national anthem performance). In fact she was wearing an outfit meant to imitate Humphrey Bogart in African Queen. The movie itself was a very loose parody on that film as well. Except with lesbians and icky, icky leeches.
