This was such a funny film and aptly portrays the innocence of childhood.
(Yet most of the time I didn't get it. Maybe because I was usign English subtitles)
I just watched this great movie on the AZN network today. I agree that this is a funny and sweet film. I used English subtitles too,but that didn't take any enjoyment out of it for me. :) I just love being surprised with a good film.
shareIt strikes me as odd that Pro Jury's comments got a "0 out 5 users found this comment useful" rating for saying what you just did, roast. This was not a worthless movie, but I was expecting laugh-out-loud moments. Instead I saw a lot of unfunny fart jokes.
No, I don't have some stick up my rear. Dumb & Dumber was one of the best movies I have ever seen. I wish we could see more comedies. It depresses me that all we get from Hollywood are epics & love stories. Nor am I prejudiced against Japanese comedies. Koki Mitani rocks!
