Sibel gave life to Cahit and Cahit followed her.
Taxi driver gave life to Sibel and Sibel followed him.

The movie is about "who gives you life?"

As a secondary thing: The movie also makes a distinction between women and men. For a man, it's a woman. For a woman it's a child.

All I can say is that this film is one of the greatest, most realistic, love stories I have ever seen. No--make that THE best. Funny, heartbreaking, offensive, inspiring: it has it all.

Agreed. Real love rarely has a happy ending. Even if it does the road there is usually pretty dark.
