Penn rant on nudity

I remember a video once, (as one of a series of internet-published mini-rants), where Penn was talking about "Bulls**t" and was complaining about women he hired who agreed to full frontal, but when on set only wanted to do topless. He was annoyed with them, as opposed to another group who were happy to get naked for a show called "Bulls**t" until they found out on set that they would be mocking religion with their nudity. Penn accepted this was a reasonable stance. Anybody know where I might find a link to this video?
