I just watched Ghost in the Shell 2.0 and now I'm interested in seeing more of the GitS world. Can I jump straight into watching this or is there anything else GitS-related that you guys recommend I should watch first?

The Laughing Man and The Individual Eleven are basically just a edited version of Season 1 and Season 2 of the series. They're just edited and re-cut so they play as a feature film instead of a TV show. So honestly, you could just watch the Show and skip those two movies. Because it would all just be material you've already seen from the show. Not gonna miss anything there. Then lastly we have got Solid State Society which is the final time we get to see our beloved characters in action. Unlike the first two SAC movies. This one isn't just a re-hashing of the TV series episodes. It's original content. It takes place two years after the end of the TV series's last episode. This is the final GitS SAC production.
If you were afraid of watching something out of order or out of place. Following the shows and movies in this order will prevent that.
As far as any other Ghost In The Shell type things you should watch... I'll leave any other suggestions up to some of the other users. Not that it has anything to do with GitS but I'd suggest watching Cowboy Bebop. Just because it's freaking fantastic show. But it's got nothing to do with the GitS Universe.
