Judge Mathis acted unethically

Judge Mathis made an outrageous ruling on the show that aired here today. He tricked the defendant. The defendant said the tape could not be used and could be destroyed by the court, and the judge had it in his hands, and said you gave it to me as a gift, and then the judge turned around and gave it to the plaintiff.

The defendant very clearly and cogently explained to the judge that he gave it to the court, not to the judge personally, and that the action could make the defendant liable for lawsuits.

That was blatant trickery. The defendant should report Judge Mathis to the Bar Association.
