Song Question

Hey, there is a song I am looking for desperately. I heard it on the radio once, but I do not know the name or artist. They play this song a lot through the 80s's series, but for me, its most notably played when the panel is discussing Michael Jackson's hair catching fire. Does anybody know what this song is? I really want it!!!! Answers would be greatly appreciated, thanks. :-D
