Series was good until ...

Well it was good for about the first 2/3. At first, it's real talent like Pat Benatar, Tom Petty, etc.

But it's just so terrible to see what starts to happen toward the end. The crap rap stuff like nwa, cosby show, that idiot arsenio hall, they have beyonce saying some stuff (my God what a ghetto trash, talentless tramp she is - just listen to her talk).

So it's a real drag, but it was clearly at the end of the '80s when all the no-talent rap and hip hop started to get its awful grip on things. Just basically the darkening of days that I suppose we'll never recover from. Such a shame.
