I missed the ending.
shareGreico and the girl blew up the "queen" ... Then they went through the "portal" ... They ended up on a beach which was obviously a backdrop and then a bunch of flying dinosaur shadows or something flew overhead ... *roll credits*

I saw it some days ago on German TV, quite ok for a low budget scifi-alien-zombie-splatter-TV-film. Could have been a Sliders episode too.
These shadows of giant bats, or dino-pterodactylus on the strand seemed to be made as a cliffhanger.
Is there any info or rumor about some kind of sequel - Grieco and Greenhouse as "tough warriors on a strange alien world, trying to find way home"?
