The image on the DVD

I don't remember this taking place in the film. I suppose there are two explanations I can think of. One being that it is representative of all the fantasy scenes that never really happened, such as Kenji imagining himself in Osaka, or replacing Noi with Nid in his mind. The second being that it was imagine from Christophers Doyles atwork in the extras section. Does anyone know? The image is a picture of Noi playing pool wearing the same outfit she has on in the cover. She has her head turned away from the game and it looking to our right...her left...Any ideas?
