haunting

i admit, while i was watching this film, i had to mute while certain scenes progressed. it was almost as if the subtely of the film would suddenly jump and surprise. this certainly is true for the scene where nid and kenji share a glance, only for nid to be run over just a second later.

a hauntingly breathtaking film.
