Noi's bruises when passed out on Kenji's lap.

In the scene where Noi was so stoned she fell asleep on Kenji's lap her calf had bruises or scabs all over it. This was before the scene where she had taken a beating from her stalking boyfriend and Kenji rescued her. Why was her leg injured?

I dont think it was Noi, it was her (dead)sister, Nid. A couple of times they change (when Noi is talking about giving her driving licenceto Kenji). I just assumed that this was in Kenji's head.
