Totally missed that the first time! When I watched it a 2nd time I was horrified to see him at the photo shoot.

Saw Open Window today.

I did notice the bearded guy on the pier,
and at the beginning of the rape scene
went back to see if it was him.
But I'm not so sure it's the same actor.

However, something else (and the reason I checked
these posts) is bothering me.
It seemes absolutely clear to me that
the rapist entered through the DOOR.
You see him pushing it inwards and a second
later he's already behind her.
I don't know if this was discussed on the commentary
and I've already mailed it back.

That is what I thought too, that he pushed his way through the door. But I looked at it again and he was hiding in that closet that she was tied up in afterwards. So he must have come through the window when no one was there and waited for her.
