Just got back from seeing C & C

Well we just got back from a very nice day out. I LOVED C & C. This was a wonderful movie in MHO. It just kept me laughing almost all the way through. It also had some very touching scenes between David and the actor (forgot his name) who played his brother. I said i was only going to see this movie because David was in it. But i think i would have enjoyed it even if he wasn't there, although not as much. David was the icing on the cake so to say:). This was a feel good wonderful film. I'm going to go back and see it again. I loved the music and thought that they both Nia and Tony C(sp?) were great. They both have such good singing voices. I could see the Lucy and Ethel reference by some of the critics. A good fun time. Last but not least David was adorable and you just wanted to hug him:). His reaction when Connie kissed him was priceless. I almost fell out of my seat. Good reaction from the audience too. I think Nia did a great job.

Pippy, if David D. has not paid you for everything you've done in here for him, I think at this point you could sue him for workman's comp.
No judge would deny you.

LOL:)Maybe he should put me on the payroll. My husband wouldn't mind.

Well, if all of the fans that Duchovny has left were to see it 10,000 times each, it might break even at the box office.

David is really just a small part of this film. It only opened in 1013 theatres compared to the 3000 that Kill Bill and The Punisher did. So there is no way that this movie will do anything unless it hangs on like MBFGW did. Today it's the kids that make or break movie. They are the ones that go out in droves to see them. This film would not appeal to them. It is geared to women and a older audience in MHO. But even if it does not make big bucks it was still a really entertaining film.
