Ripoff of Charade

Hasn't anybody who has seen this movie seen Charade?????
This is a hashed up remake of the Audrey Hepburn/Cary Grant original..
Some scenes have been copied to such an extent it feels more like a spoof...
Funeral scene
Bad guy throwing matches at Esha Deol after dowsing her in some kinda fuel.

What's with so many remakes of English movies...surely there are scriptwriters in India who can come out with original stuff.
