So Little Resemblance b/w Father and Son Possible??
Is it really possible for a biological father and son to look absolutely nothing alike? Or is it supposed to be part of the son's disability?

shareOf course, it is biologically possible for
a father and son to look nothing like one another.
Ditto for mother & daughter,
...and for mother & son,
...and for father & daughter,
...and for either parent, and a pair of twins.....
Offspring are not required (biologically) to resemble either parent.
It's possible (and quite common) for a child to not
resemble either parent, and may (--just "may," mind you--),
resemble a grand-parent, (or some other relative) instead....
....or not resemble (in appearance) any relation, at all.
(...no jokes about the milkman, please...).
On a personal note;
-- neither my brother, nor I, look like either of our parents.
Our parents both have brown hair and brown eyes,
....yet my brother is blonde and blue-eyed,
as was our maternal grandfather, whom my brother does resemble.
...and I have brown hair and green eyes,
and have often been compared to our paternal grand-father.....
My sister looks like my aunt, and indeed,
when we were children, she was often mistaken as my aunt's child......
There's a lot of complex biology at work in family lineage;
-- meaning that almost any one (or more) of a person's characteristics
may (or may not) resemble any of those seen in a wide variety of that person's ancestors.
