the Small Pasta recipe

I recorded the recent Good Eats show that demonstrated Alton slow cooking a very small pasta such that it created its own sauce. I think he used chicken broth to cook the pasta and all he added were blanched mushrooms and asparagus. Unfortunately my kids deleted the show and I cannot find the recipe. Does anyone have a reference or a hyperlink to the recipe?
