Want some help on the name of a particular episode

I want to know the name of the episode that I think I'm remembering.

I don't even know what season or anything, so I apologize if this won't be enough to identify it. All I can remember is that there was a group of dancers and Alton Brown was talking about how nutrients (or something) were interacting with each other. (Was it baking soda?) The interactions with each other were represented by a group of couples dancing in various ways.

Unfortunately, that's all I remember. So, if someone could help me identify this episode, I would greatly appreciate it.

I am pretty sure you are referring to citizen cane episode where he is talking about sugar

Edit: Well, that wasn't the episode I was looking for, but I was able to find the right one with a little searching that I wasn't aware was possible before. The episode I was actually looking for is called Fudge Factor, just in case anyone else was curious to know. :P
