Best part about this show- unpretentious!

I have difficulty watching other cooking shows where the hosts use the most forced faux accents with every single ingredient.

Maht-zo-lell-la!
Torrrr-tee-lya!

And he is the only tv cook that has acknowledged that there are a lot of people who don't like cilantro (cee-lahn-trrro!)
