How to see a short film?

I would love to see "Whatever We Do", but unfortunately its not possible for me to go to the Sundance Film Festival where it is premiering.

Does anyone know of any other ways to see such short films? Are they ever available to general audiences?

I'm hoping that they eventually show it on either IFC or the Sundance Channel. Those are the only places I know of where short films ever reach a general audience.
