What did she say?

I watched this some time ago when i rented it from the video store. I can't quite remember, but I believe that the drug addict girl (Angie?) gave a speech to the DEA guy's son about drugs.

I think she was describing someone shooting up with heroin! Well, it seemed more like she was romanticising the idea, saying something along the lines of "it's the most beautiful thing".

Does anyone know the direct quote? And i mean the whole speech/description from start to finish? I really want to know it as I wish to use that quote in a project Im doing at film school about heroin addicts! And I can no longer rent it from the video store coz sum1 stole the local copy! :(
