PLEASE HELP!!!

okay first of all. I have to go back to Team Aquas Hideout to get the masterball. But I can't find it at all. I keep looking on the internet and it just says "go north after surving at lilycove beach!" but there is rocks in the way. help me out.

ALSO I was smoking weed and I was playing pokemon so I could trip out (it didn't work btw) and I went to the Move deleters house and Accidently deleted my "dig" and my secret power attack. cause I didn't think they were useful and only worked for escaping in dunnels. but Now I need to get to the rare pokemon using dig. is there anyway I can get it again. Is there a pokemon I can catch that will have a dig attack?
