It's not listed as one of the Two Towers Extended Edition's special features, but I thought maybe it's an easter egg? Or do I have to buy the theatrical edition to see this?

As another person kindly stated, it is on the Theatrical edition. Just for your information, my friend, the features that are on the the Extended are different than on the Theatrical versions, and vice versa. Interesting marketing strategy. Take care, and enjoy.
