No video or other cars for the tunnel robot attack and car crash incident?

I seriously fail to believe that there was 0 evidence of the incident with Will Smith and the robots attacking him in the tunnel while having them say = you are experiencing a car accident.

Plus who controlled and sent all the other robots? VIKI? I mean so many robots got wiped out. So much loss of perfectly made robots. Someone won't be happy about that loss of merchandise.

There would very likely have been robot records, tunnel cameras and car data and cameras that showed what happened. It's just inconceivable that no such records exist.

They showed robots cleaning up the mess. It’s implied that the robots wiped out the video footage too. The robots might have also deliberately chose a spot in a highway where they knew there was no surveillance.

Ya, I thought at least there would be a black box of some sort in the car.
