The French Doors being made into a feature film!!.....

Steve Ayers has seemingly commented on AtomFilms that he is writing The French Doors into a feature film but changing the name.

Does anyone know if this is correct, or have any more info' on the development of this film?!

Can't wait to see if this is actually happenening, will make a brilliant feature length ;-)

Not sure how this could be made into a feature length movie. It works as a short.

yeah

it is getting made into a feature. I made Natures Way, co - written with Steve Ayson and we have been working on The French Doors as a feature for some time. Hope you like it when it comes out. It has been a long road to work out how to get the short idea in a feature, but we think we have solved it.

it's gonna be crap. the short film is great but even then it drags on.
unless you add tons of mediocre subplots i don't see how this will make it.

caught this film by accident perhaps even back in 2002 - and all i have to say is that i hate short films in general as they tend to be a load of pompous kack...HOWEVER 'the french doors' is by far the best short film i have seen. Simple yet incredibly effective and thouroughly worthy of the title 'horror short' . good f'ing work mr ayson!!!
