Is Lenore, Cute Little Dead GIrl going to sue?

I can't help but wondering having watched this third-rate Suess, Burton miss-mash rehash, if Roman Dirge who created the comic book LENORE, THE CUTE LITTLE DEAD GIRL in 1999 has ever thought about taking legal action. I mean, anybody can look up in the internet and see where this one came from.
