Daughter's lump

This is a good movie however I was bothered by the depiction of the daughter possibly having cancer. Two years before this movie came out I had the same procedure she did for a large lump in my breast. I felt just as scared. However my incision was only a half of an inch. I felt like the drama in it was not realistic. Don't get me wrong I've had plenty of scares of cancer in my own life and both my parents have battled cancer several times. I guess I look at it from a realistic point of view.
