Yes, that is Dustin Hoffman seen momentarily

Hi -

Without getting into any politics, movie buffs may enjoy seeing Dustin Hoffman for just a few seconds around the 42:30 mark of the DVD. The March 6, 1970 "townhouse" explosion occurred at 18 W. 11th Street, and at the time Dustin Hoffman (presumably with his first wife Anne and adopted daughter Karina) was living next door at 16 W. 11th Street. In the film you can see him standing next to a police officer apparently watching the aftermath of the explosion.

I noticed him at 42:30 and I thought to myself, "is that Dustin Hoffman?" I wasn't sure if it was really him, because it seemed random for a movie star to appear in this documentary, and they didn't mention his name. It's good to know that I was correct and observant. But how do you know it was really him?
