He was the best thing about this film actually. Funny as hell...

RIP Philip Seymour Hoffman 1967-2014... a tremendously great and talented actor.

I just watched this for the same reason. Hoffman's the only thing that's good about this flick.

Wish he had done more comedy. His timing is perfect.Such a waste.

The first time I can recall seeing him in a straight comedy role and he was really funny. Loved the idea of him directing himself, whilst playing both Jesus and Judas in the Superstar musical and the insurance presentation was a hoot, as was Alec Baldwin needing to vomit and hitting the pills big time.🐭
