Young Moon?

In the credit lists a Young Moon. I don't remember any footage of a younger Moon in the movie. Could it be a deleted scene that is released on DVD not on cable?

odd, as on my version, there is no mention of a 'young moon' on the credits whatsoever

i think young moon maybe referring to her as an 18 year old in the cutbacks to when she first turned up at A's business, which obviously was played by the same actress as the 'normal' moon, except with a bob type haircut.
