Gorgeous film
Saw this film last sunday at the Museum of Moving Images in Queens and they had a talk afterward. This film is gorgeous to look at and they explained they saw this story more like musical lyrics than a cohesive storyline. They said they got the extra funds for this when Gilliam signed on for a pound in name only and when someone asked if he shared the profits they laughed and said "What profits?" It was fun and informative and I think it was videotaped so maybe the talk after will be available sometime.
