Killer's Identity

Hi,

I am not sure if I missed something, or if I just don't remember the details from watching a movie a while ago, but the bald-headed killer that is revealed at the end, has he appeared earlier in the story?

reply

that killer appears earlier severl times ,he is a bussiness man who sells some kind of food. if you remember ,he is that guy who is a little stammer.

(sorry that my english is not good...can't say more clear...)

reply

The killer is Stutterer Liu, the lamb-noodles seller who appears three times in the movie earlier.

could anyone else kind of tell it was going to be him? it didnt stop my enjoyment of the film i just kind of knew. think they over did his earlier parts to much made it a little obvious.

reply

I thought it was the wife killing his ex- (or perhaps not so ex) lover in a pique of jealousy.

But thinking about it, the noodle seller's part was more prominent than it needed to be, what with all the not-stammering then stammering again when reminded. So yes, I agree that they over-did his parts otherwise we'd all be like "who the hell was he?".

Good film though, I enjoyed it a lot. 8/10.

The noodle seller with the stammer.

The reason that he doesn't stutter around the policeman, is that he is guilty or ashamed about stealing the gun. I suppose you could say this is a kind of tip-off, but very subtle. The noodle seller wants to kill one of the policeman's friends because he is running an illegal moonshine operation, and his inferior product has poisoned numerous people in the community.

"I would prefer not to...."
