check this video out, i thought maybe someone placed him there as a joke. but i played the game and hes really there...wonder what this means...

It means that he's still alive

and that he may be an enemy in MGS 4 Guns of the Patriots. (note i haven't played it yet as it hasn't been released here in uk as of yet.)
