Question about 'the Colonel'

During the game, we learn that Colonel Campbell is actually an A.I. refered to only as "the Colonel". We learn this when the virus affects the GW inside Arsenal Gear, and "the Colonel" begins to act weird. But during the time after Raiden and Olga talk, and Raiden searches for Snake naked, "the Colonel" says things, and talks about things, that while it's an A.I. and acting weird, I have always wondered what they emant.

The two I can use as examples, and the firsts to question about in this thread, are when "the Colonel" says that "I saw a bright orange object in the sky, then there was light all around me. When I woke up, I was home. What do you think happen to me?" and "I saw a man leaving Rosemary's apartment. They were, I would say, interment (spelling)".

Any ideas on what those two, and the rest, meant?
