Is there a dvd with English subtitles?

I saw this movie at the International Film Festival Rotterdam in 2004. I thought this movie was terrific, and it was also enthusiastically received by the press and the audience at the film festival. Unfortunately, the movie wasn't bought for distribution in the Netherlands. And now I'm dying to get my hands on a dvd of this movie. Can anybody tell me where I can buy it with English subtitles?

I think MegaStore (http://english.megastore.se/) sells to other countries. The site does not say anything about subtitles for this movie, but according to another CD shop (which only delivers to Swedish adresses) it has Danish, Norwegian Swedish and English subtitles. Perhaps you should ask them first ...
