DVD Menu - white screen only?

Does anyone else have this problem?: I just bought the Ham & Cheese DVD last night, turned it on this morning, and the main menu is nothing but a completely white screen.

I pushed the Menu Up & Down buttons on the remote a few times at random, then pressed Enter twice and a special feature came up, but I have no idea what the options are. This is hilariously maddening. Would someone be kind enough to upload a screen shot of the menu so I can navigate the features of this thing? I'd sincerely appreciate it.

Pushing Enter after inserting the disc does play the movie, however, so I am going to be watching that right now.

Same thing happens to me on my DVD...so I'm guessing it was never intended to come with a menu screen. Just press 'PLAY', and the movie will start immediately, opening with one of my favourite parts, the Richard Wolanski singing lesson over the opening titles...
