Here's a tip, if you haven't rented Love, and Eating the Bones yet, and if and when you do, also rent "Love Jones" on the same day and watch both films, you will be amazed at the similiarity in both the films. Nia Long, Lisa Nicole Carson, Isaiah Washington, and Larenz Tate are in "Love Jones" Larenz Tate and Nia Long have a very similiar situation in this romantic comedy. As far as Ed Robertson's acting, it's passable, nothing to make the hair on your back stand up, I basically could have seen anyone in that role. But he was okay on a scale of one to ten, I'd give him a six. "Love Jones" was made way before "Love and Eating the Bones" umm....they rhyme.."Love Jones" and "Love and Eating the Bones"..check them BOTH out!.
shareed has made appearences in severeral movies although they are small. it shouldnt be suprising at all that he is acting because so many actor today have hadmucic careers before hand. ie ll cool j, jennifer lopez, madonna, dave matthews and even ringo starr had an acting career for a while. so maybe ed is taking a liking to acting. who knows.
shareEww. I hated "Love Jones". Everyone in that movie annoyed the crap out of me and it wasn't even funny. It was boring lovey, dovey crap. No one in "Love Jones" had an addiction to porn. I don't even remember porn in that movie. I just remember a crazy, boring, whiney couple and poetry, LOL! "Love, Sex And Eating Bones" had a totally different plot, I loved the characters, especially "Sweets" and it was funny.
