Yes, anyone with knowledge of illegal death matchs will freely tell you on IMDB, without even knowing you. And the people who run such a place are really happy about seeing strangers walk in and want to watch only. "Ten thousand entance fee? Hey, bunghole, I just want to watch murder fights! I have my rights!"

I'm sure they could exist. There's probably all kinds of illegal entertainments in the world - sadly, I didn't think this part of the plot was that far fetched.
