I was really amazed by the way he plays his role!..
It would have been the right moment for him to have the golden statue..

Prism10, you're so right, OP, I agree, he was so awesome like always! Hoskins & Freeman in the same flick, damn! With Jet Li no less.

Agreed, that last scene where he talks about what he's done for Danny, is nothing short of incredible. Hoskins is a Legend and he was absolutely amazing in here! I have to agree, he should've gotten something for this performance. He was quite outstanding.

This film was such a terrific movie. I miss Bob Hoskins.
