Unknowledgeable employeees?

While I found the Asian girl, Joyce Kato, working in records cute, I was actually pretty shocked she wasn't familiar with the word exsanguination, what it means, much less how to pronounce it.

Likewise, when the blonde woman a little later horribly mispronounced an even more common word, beneficiary (she seemed to pronounce it beneficerary or some such nonsense), I just shook my head in disgust.

You would think when certain words are a good part of your job, you'd be more well-informed. Oh well.
