I saw this today, here in Chicago. It's a great film for the Buk addict. Nothing you probably didn't already know though. Fine footage. Decent commentary by Buks friends and wife, Linda Lee. Well, except for her extended description of Buk on his deathbed. And the commentary by Bono and Sean Penn were pretty stupid. Bono's more so. I thought it was kind of funny when Buk admitted he didn't like 'whatsisnames' performance of himself in Barfly. I would recommend it.

Lighten up, when people ask you to be in a documentary and want
your opinion, feel free to attack Bono and Penn.

Bukowski comes off like a coarse, somewhat talented B.S. slinger and cowardly freak.
